Get Her Elected (GHE) is an initiative where people from all over the world offer their skills pro bono to progressive women candidates running for office at all levels of U.S. government. Skill sets from current volunteers include everything from writing, editing, and graphic design to web design, data analysis, and fundraising strategy. By having people with these backgrounds fill in these gaps for no charge, GHE aims to level the playing field and allow progressive women candidates to focus on bigger issues within their campaigns.

Through affiliate chapters in nearly every state, the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) promotes the principles, objectives and policies of the Republican Party; elects Republican candidates; informs the public through political education and activity; and increases the effectiveness of women in the cause of good government. In working toward these objectives, the NFRW concentrates its efforts in the areas of educating, communicating, recruiting, campaigning, fundraising, training and legislative action.

Through college and high school chapters and programming, conferences, and fellowships, IGNITE is building a movement of young women who are ready and eager to become the next generation of political leaders.

Founded in 1966, the National Organization for Women (NOW) is the largest organization of feminist activists in the United States whose goal is to take action to bring about equality for all women. NOW is a multi-issue, multi-strategy organization that takes a holistic approach to women's rights. The organization's official priorities are winning economic equality and securing it with an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that will guarantee equal rights for women; championing abortion rights, reproductive freedom and other women's health issues; opposing racism and fighting bigotry against lesbians and gays; and ending violence against women. NOW has over 550 chapters in all 50 states that participate in education and advocacy activities. Lillian's List of North Carolina is a statewide independent political committee dedicated to electing pro-choice Democratic women to the North Carolina General Assembly.

The Louisiana Center for Women and Government and Business at Nicholls State University encourages and promotes the leadership of women by providing resources and non-partisan support through educational workshops, training seminars and outreach programs. The center is committed to promoting women in government and public service, to acknowledging achievements of women and to teaching all citizens about the importance of public service and responsible citizenship.

MANA is a nonprofit, advocacy organization established in 1974. Its mission is to empower Latinas through leadership development, community service, and advocacy. MANA fulfills its mission through programs designed to develop the leadership skills of Latinas, promote community service by Latinas, and provide Latinas with advocacy opportunities.

The Massachusetts Women's Political Caucus (MWPC), a chapter of the National Women's Political Caucus, is a multipartisan organization that promotes the participation and involvement of women of all ages in the political process. The organization was founded in 1971 for the purpose of increasing the number of women elected and appointed to public office and public policy positions.  Fundraising and candidate support are provided through MWPC's political action committee.

The National Federation of Democratic Women (NFDW) supports the inclusion of womens voices in the Democratic Party. With 32 chapters nationwide, the NFDW promotes Democratic Party goals and candidates and works to unite women party members behind them. NFDW chapters recognize potential women candidates and encourage their candidacies for office. Members attend meetings, organize educational and political events, volunteer for campaigns, and support candidates for office.
