Among the most notable results for women:

  • U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D) – the only woman who has served in the U.S. Senate from Massachusetts – is up for re-election this year and ran unopposed in the primary. She is strongly favored to win in November.
  • All 3 (3D) of Massachusetts’ incumbent women representatives to the U.S. House were unopposed in the primary and are strongly favored to win in November.
  • No non-incumbent women ran for the U.S. House or U.S. Senate in Massachusetts in 2024.
