CAWP's Research Inventory on Gender & Politics provides thematic overviews of current and past research, with particularly emphasis on the latest findings, in the field of women and U.S. politics. They capture the current state of knowledge in each research area to increase understanding of current political realities, support research-based interventions, and generate future research questions and agendas. Users should be aware that topics are not mutually exclusive and overviews are not exhaustive literature reviews. The inventory will be updated annually, with the most recent update in April 2026.
