Senator Tom Cotton (R) is seeking reelection. He has raised $3.1M. He is being challenged by Democrat Hallie Shoffner, who is white. She has raised over $2.2M. A little more than one-third of Shoffner’s funds (36%) comes from small contributions.
No women are currently serving in the Arkansas congressional delegation. Democrat Terri Yarbrough Green (AR-1), who is white, is challenging Republican incumbent Rick Crawford. She is the only woman vying for a U.S. House seat in Arkansas. However, the race is not considered to be competitive according to The Cook Political Report. Crawford has raised $340,155 compared with $56,807 for Yarbrough Green.
