Francine Pfeffer

Francine Pfeffer started her career as a high school history teacher and school librarian. She became involved in her local and county education associations, and now works as a lobbyist for the New Jersey Education Association, a position she has held for 18 years. She holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and French from the University of Delaware and a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University.
