The Centurions Leadership Program of The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce is a two-year program providing education and training to about 75 area members who represent corporations, government agencies, not-for profit organizations, and area universities. Through seminars, activities, and retreats, Centurion members learn about issues of the Kansas City Metro area and become engaged in community projects and civic leadership.
The Sue Shear Leadership Academy at the University of Missouri - St. Louis is an intensive 7-day leadership development program designed to inspire civic engagement and encourage women’s public sector leadership. Students are selected from participating universities to attend.
