WE Lead

WE Lead is a 10-month program combining an experiential curriculum with executive coaching. Approximately 54 women are selected each year to participate in an overnight retreat, five full day sessions and four half-day sessions. Designed for accomplished managers, business owners and leaders, the program will help refine leadership and communication skills forwomenadvancingin both theirprofessions and the community.WE Lead takes participants through creating and implementing their personal strategic plans for advancement.

The Jo Ann Davidson Ohio Leadership Institute

The Jo Ann Davidson Leadership Institute is an eight-month program created to encourage and train women in business and civic leadership to assume more prominent roles, either elected or appointed, in government and in the Republican Party. Each year, between 15 and 20 women leaders from across Ohio who have an interest in politics and public service and meet a diverse range of criteria for participation are selected to join the Institutes class. The Jo Ann Davidson Ohio Leadership Institute is an expansion program of the Richard C. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series.

Cincinnati Women's Political Caucus

Established in 1972, the Cincinnati Women's Political Caucus recruits, trains, and supports feminist candidates. It is the only active chapter of the National Women's Political Caucus in Ohio.

Leadership Toledo

Established in 1980, Leadership Toledo is a non-profit organization that fosters leadership and involvement in the Greater Toledo area. Its adult program, Community Leadership Toledo, is a nine-month program that educates about 50 selected particpants annually on community issues and leadership skills.  Participants attend monthly, day-long sessions that cover topics like government, education, health care, human diversity, law enforcement, media, cultural arts, history, and leadership development.

Leadership Ohio

Established in 1992, Leadership Ohio brings together leaders from multiple disciplines in each of the 13 regions of Ohio to expose them to dialogue and education directed toward solutions on topics paramount to leading Ohio. Selected individuals participate in a series of eight two-day sessions in different host cities designed to examine the conditions and challenges that face the state. Sessions include educational excursions, panel discussions, presentations, experiences and dialogue with fellow participants.

Leadership Columbus

Leadership Columbus offers educational programs to develop informed and committed leaders in the Columbus community.  The 10-month Signature Program includes a retreat and nine monthly program days that focus on significant challenges to the Central Ohio region, including the economy, diversity, the justice system, public education and human and social service issues. Leadership Columbus also offers a two-and-a-half-day program (FOCUS) where participants learn about community issues from top city, corporate and community leaders.

Leadership Cleveland

The Cleveland Leadership Center offers a number of programs to develop area leaders and encourage greater civic engagement among Cleveland professionals. Leadership Cleveland is a nine-month program for 65 selected community leaders from all sectors to learn about the issues facing Cleveland and develop potential solutions to area challenges through once-monthly sessions and program events.

Leadership Cincinnati USA

Leadership Cincinnati USA is a ten-month program offered by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber to prepare participants for more active involvement in public affairs. Approximately 48 people are chosen annually to participate in eight day-long sessions, two overnight conferences, and a graduation program. Program sessions and conferences educate participants on issues most important to the Greater Cincinnati community whilte encouraging civic responsibility, engagement, and leadership upon concluding the program.

Leadership Akron

Leadership Akron is a leadership development class that meets once-monthly to educate class members about vital aspects of the greater Akron community. Each year, 34 participants are selected to analyze major areas of community concern, provides opportunities for open dialogue between leaders with diverse perspectives, examines leadership styles, and promotes a network of community trustees committed to the greater good.
