The New Jersey Black Women's Collective is New Jersey’s first comprehensive advocacy organization solely dedicated to the proliferation of Black women leaders in New Jersey. The Collective works to increase the presence of Black women in all pipelines of leadership, including private, public, and non-profit sectors.
