Leadership Lexington

Leadership Lexington is a ten-month leadership development program sponsored by Commerce Lexington and directed toward individuals who demonstrate leadership qualities. Each year, participants are chosen to meet once-monthly to better understand Lexington and to prepare for the challenges it faces by meeting with and learning from city leaders.  Classes meet in different locations each month and address topics including government, media, growth and preservation, education, public safety, economic and workforce development, arts and quality of life, diversity, human needs and services and leadership development.
