Kim Eulner

Member, New Jersey General Assembly

Kim Eulner was sworn into the Assembly in January of 2022.

Eulner earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology in 1988 from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. She went on to work on Wall Street focused on commission management. Since 2019, she manages analytics for the financial and insurance industries at an Eatontown-based data company and is a licensed real estate agent.

Kim served as a Shrewsbury councilwoman from 2018 to 2022, serving as council president in 2020 and chairwoman of the open space committee in 2021. Under Kim's leadership, the Council succeeded in reducing the Borough's tax rate multiple years while maintaining the services that Borough residents enjoy.  

A lifetime resident of Shrewsbury, Eulner has two adult sons.
