West Virginia Federation of Republican Women
Through affiliate chapters in nearly every state, the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) promotes the principles, objectives and policies of the Republican Party; elects Republican candidates; informs the public through political education and activity; and increases the effectiveness of women in the cause of good government. In working toward these objectives, the NFRW concentrates its efforts in the areas of educating, communicating, recruiting, campaigning, fundraising, training and legislative action.
West Virginia Federation of Democratic Women
The National Federation of Democratic Women (NFDW) supports the inclusion of women's voices in the Democratic Party. NFDW chapters promote Democratic Party goals and candidates and works to unite women party members behind them.
Leadership West Virginia
Leadership West Virginia is a statewide program to develop, strengthen and connect emerging leaders for the Mountain State. Each year, 50 leaders are chosen to participate in eight monthly two-day educational sessions from March through November conducted in different communities and addressing key subjects and critical issues facing West Virginia. Those selected must have demonstrated skills and experience in civic activities, public affairs and their professional careers.
Campaign Workshops
The West Virginia Democratic Party runs a campaign workshop at least once a year open to any West Virginia Democrat. Information is provided through the Party headquarters.
