Campaign Trainings for Women

The mission of the Women's Public Leadership Network is to remove barriers and provide support for center- and right-leaning women seeking elected office and appointments, increase the number of women under consideration for these roles at every level of government, and establish a nationwide support system through a partner network, including state-based organizations.

The LBJ Women's Campaign School trains women to run for office or manage campaigns regardless of political party affiliation. 

During an immersive half-day training, participants will learn how to find a position that fits your skill set and professional goals, figure out what candidate you want to work for, create a winning campaign strategy, and a host of other essential campaign skills.

The College of Arts and Sciences at the University of St. Thomas is now a national network partner of Ready to Run®, a non-partisan campaign training program created by the Center for American Women and Politics at Rutgers University.

Supermajority is a membership-based organization that affirms and builds women’s power and serves as a one-stop shop for advocacy, community building, and electoral participation aimed at transforming our country and building an intergenerational, multiracial movement for women’s equity.

The New Majority NYC builds political power for all women by electing candidates running for office in New York City, identifying as women, and aligning with the New Majority's values and bottom-line issues.

Learn the essential tools needed to run a political campaign. Learn from experienced professionals and today’s political leaders about how to get the job and what to do once you get it. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a "Candidate Training Certificate"  

Dare to Run offers female college graduates the chance to participate in a two-year certificate program in pursuit of a career path in public service.  They give women the opportunity to be a voice for their communities by committing to run campaigns in search of elected office within two years of graduation from the program.
