Women's Legislative Caucuses

The bipartisan Women's Caucus works together on legislative priorities and advancing women's leadership. 

Members of the Women’s Caucus work together on bipartisan issues to amplify their collective voice, and influence, in the state legislature.

The bipartisan Women's Caucus of the Connecticut General Assembly is dedicated to advancing bills that will enhance the lives of women and their families across the state.

The Martha Hughes Cannon Caucus is made up of current and former Utah legislators; named for the Utahn who was the first US woman elected to a state senate.

The Women’s Caucus of the Democratic Party of Oregon builds and sustains inclusive relationships and networks with Democratic women. The Women's Caucus will endeavor to educate and train women in all areas of political participation, from the importance of voting to running for office.

The bi-partisan Wyoming Womens Legislative Caucus offers regular gatherings, a speakers bureau, candidate development, and an intern/aide program to encourage more Wyoming women to run for office. Members of the Caucus have participated in gatherings and workshops to share their experiences in running for and serving in political office. 

The West Virginia Legislative Women's Caucus is a bicameral, bi-partisan caucus that meets on a regular basis to discuss shared legislative efforts.

The South Carolina General Assembly Women's Caucus is an organization for women serving at all levels of government in the State of South Carolina. The purpose is to provide an educational and professional resource network for women.

The Rhode Island Women's Legislative Caucus brings the women of the General Assembly together in a non-partisan setting to make progress on issues that affect all Rhode Islanders, such as health, education, domestic violence prevention, workplace concerns, pay equity issues and family and childrens issues.

The bi-partisan, bicameral New York State Legislative Women's Caucus focuses on a shared legislative agenda. Through the Caucus, women state legislators work to: /-- Improve the participation of women in all areas of government /-- Support issues that affect and benefit women in New York State, and /-- Provide a network of support for women in the state legislature.
