NEW Leadership^® Pennsylvania is an intensive, week-long, residential leadership and public policy institute designed to educate and empower young women for future political participation and leadership. The program addresses the under-representation of women in the political arena by focusing on the role of women in politics and policy making in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. NEW Leadership^® Pennsylvania is part of the NEW Leadership^® Development Network of the Center for American Women and Politics (CAWP) at Rutgers University (NJ).

NEW Leadership^® Oregon is the women's leadership development program housed at the Center for Women, Politics & Policy at Portland State University. Open to college women enrolled at any college in the state of Oregon, NEW Leadership^® Oregon's intensive, six-day, residential leadership training program is specifically designed to introduce Oregon's college women to opportunities for public leadership.

The NEW Leadership^® New York is an intensive residential program that educates college women about politics and policy making and inspires them to get involved in the political process. During the six-day program selected students meet with women in a variety of roles in the public sphere, learn about women's political participation, explore ideas about leadership and politics, and participate in hands-on skills building exercises.

NEW Leadership™ New Jersey is a residential summer institute designed to empower about 35 college women each year to become involved in the political process.

NEW Leadership^® Nevada is a six-day summer institute that brings together 25 college students from across the state to learn about women's leadership and civic participation from accomplished women leaders. Students meet formally and informally with these leaders through a series of panels, lectures, and interactive workshops and create lasting networks and mentoring relationships.  Graduates are supported throughout their future endeavors by WRIN, the group's growing alumnae network, and their community partners.

NEW Leadership^® Idaho is a 6-day summer institute that brings together 24-32 college students from across the state to learn about women’s leadership and civic participation through the learned experiences of some of Idaho’s most recognized and accomplished women leaders.  

NEW Leadership^® is a week-long residential institute designed to empower college women to become involved in the political process. Participants interact with women from a variety of political and policy-making positions to develop their own concepts of leadership and learn about the roles and representation of women in politics and policy-making in the region.  The NEW Leadership Development Network currently includes 18 programs throughout the country.

New Leaders Council (NLC) was formed in 2005 to train and support the next generation of progressive political entrepreneursyoung professionals in their twenties and thirties who are leading industries, setting trends, and building institutions that support robust civic and political life in a global America. NLC accomplishes this mission primarily through the NLC Institute - a political entrepreneurship training program held 10 days over a five-month period that builds local teams of young professionals in 19 cities across the nation.
