Leadership Louisville is a 9-month program for individuals, businesses and organizations interested in developing their leadership skills and heightening their profiles in the community. In once-monthly meetings, participants are educated on the current climate and issues facing the Louisville community. They network with existing community leaders in preparation for leadership roles in the area's public and private sectors. Leadership Louisville also offers a two-and-a-half-day program (FOCUS Louisville) where top city, corporate and community leaders educate participants about community issues.
