Leadership Memphis

The Leadership Memphis Executive Program is a nine-month program to inform, involve, and inspire community leaders toward greater participation in the Memphis community's public and private sectors. Each year, 80 particpants spend 13 days together in a curriculum focusing on issues important to the community and ways to enhance their networking and leadership skills.

Leadership Maryland

Leadership Maryland is an organization designed to develop area leaders' individual interest, statewide knowledge, and leadership skills. Each year, senior-level leaders from throughout the state are selected to participate in six two-day sessions and one one-day session in different regions of the state. Sessions cover local, regional and statewide issues like education, health and human services, criminal justice, environment, and diversity and multi-culturalism.

Leadership Maine

Established in 1993, Leadership Maine educates area business and community leaders on the critical issues facing Maine. Thirty-five to 45 leaders from across the state are selected annually to participate in 14 day-long sessions on issues like the economy, government, arts and culture, and leadership development.

Leadership Lubbock

Founded in 1976, Leadership Lubbock is a leadership and community orientation program for selected Chamber business leaders. This program provides a source of leaders for the Lubbock Community by ensuring that Leadership Lubbock participants receive necessary community information/orientation and leadership skills. Leadership Lubbock is open to members of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, and are selected through an application process.

Leadership Louisville

Leadership Louisville is a 9-month program for individuals, businesses and organizations interested in developing their leadership skills and heightening their profiles in the community.  In once-monthly meetings, participants are educated on the current climate and issues facing the Louisville community.  They network with existing community leaders in preparation for leadership roles in the area's public and private sectors.

Leadership Louisiana

Leadership Louisiana is a year-long program to educate civic-minded individuals about the state of Louisiana and its challenges. Selected participants attend six two-day sessions, scheduled approximately every other month, that cover topics including: education and workforce training, the economy and strategies for growth, history and politics, newsmedia, arts and culture, criminal justice, healthcare, and poverty.

Leadership Lincoln

Founded in 1985, Leadership Lincoln trains youth and adult community leaders to help strengthen the community in Lincoln and Lancaster County. The ten-month Leadership Lincoln Fellows Program exposes community leaders to important issues in the region and emphasizes leadership skills training. Selected participants attend eight monthly full-day seminars in addition to retreats sheld at the beginning and end of the program.

Leadership Lexington

Leadership Lexington is a ten-month leadership development program sponsored by Commerce Lexington and directed toward individuals who demonstrate leadership qualities. Each year, participants are chosen to meet once-monthly to better understand Lexington and to prepare for the challenges it faces by meeting with and learning from city leaders.

Leadership Las Vegas

Established in 1986, Leadership Las Vegas is a ten-month program devoted to strengthening and educating community leaders throughout Southern Nevada.  . Forty-eight applicants are selected annually to participate in once-montly sessions and program events addressing topics such as:/ -- the history of Las Vegas/ -- gaming and tourism news/ -- government and politics insights/ -- media and the entertainment scene/-- business outlooks/ -- technology growth/ -- local education infrastructure/ -- growth forecast and real estate/ -- construction trends/ -- health care.

Leadership L.A.

Established in 1987, the Leadership L.A. (LLA) program includes nine monthly, full-day sessions devoted to key community issues and personal development exercises. Selected Fellows are active community leaders throughout Los Angeles County who will benefit from the first-hand experiences and education about issues like water, education, health care, public safety and arts, culture and the creative economy. Participants get an in-depth knowledge of L.A. city and county and build strong and lasting relationships with one another and with organizations they encounter.
