Women Helping Women (WHW) was founded in 1973 and prevents gender-based violence and empowers all survivors. WHW provides evidence-based prevention and expert crisis intervention and support services for survivors of dating violence, sexual violence, domestic violence and stalking in Hamilton and Butler, Ohio Counties (including sexual violence crisis services to Brown and Adams Counties). WHW operates from a public health framework that is survivor centric and promotes diversity and inclusion as core operating values.

The Women in Leadership (WIL) program offers women in southwestern Pennsylvania an opportunity to enhance personal leadership potential within a network of people dedicated to creating positive change for women in the region. Women in Leadership is a twelve-week, part-time, evening training program designed for high-achieving women with demonstrated leadership experience in the private, public, or non-profit sectors. Program curriculum includes site visits to regional organizations, interviews with local leaders, group projects, and the development of a personal strategic plan for leadership advancement. Women can apply or be nominated to participate in the program.
